Emotional Freedom Technique (E.F.T.)

The Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT started out as a tapping procedure that was thought to realign the body’s energy system. However, over the last few years EFT has begun to receive recognition as a powerful technique that can bring balance and healing to both body and mind.

Our understanding of EFT grows by the day and it is now considered by many people, including professional psychologists, to be at the forefront of Energy Psychology, because it brings faster and more effective results.

Negative emotional experiences disrupt the energy meridians that run through our body. The physical changes we feel from those disruptions, like nausea, anxiety and even physical pain, become attached to the memory of that experience and effect the way we see the world . . . until we heal that disruption.

Properly applied, EFT quickly realigns the energy meridian with respect to negative memories, disconnects the physical discomfort that we attached to it, and quite often removes the resulting symptoms.
