This two-day Retreat offers an opportunity to clear away the debris left behind after the many challenges from the last few years and a space in which to enjoy some relaxing and joyful time out. There will be a safe space where you can learn some new self-healing skills (and some that can be used with friends and family), re-set your energies and start your journey anew without all that old stuff that has been holding you back.

Horn Burn offers a peaceful and supportive environment in which to relax, share and learn and we always have plenty of fun on the weekend too! As always, there will be a course manual to support the in-course modules and some delicious vegan / vegetarian lunches, all included in the cost of the Retreat.
